I was beyond desperate with symptoms I’ve had for over 3 years and have seen many doctors with little help when Miss Thampi agreed to see me. The first thing she did was stop all the meds I’d been prescribed and go completely back to the beginning with a clean slate. She gave me different treatment and reviewed previous treatment i’d had when she discovered I’d been incorrectly medicated all this time and the wrong drugs had made my symptoms almost unbearable. No one had noticed before. It’s only been about six weeks since my first appointment with Miss Thampi and from starting her treatment and I’m feeling so much better already. I honestly feel like it’s a miracle improvement in such a short time and I’m so grateful to her. She really listened to me, didn’t make me feel like it was all in my head and I was exaggerating like some previous medical professionals have. She was sensitive and understanding, I can’t recommend her enough. I still have a way to go but I’m feeling hopeful that I can get my life back somewhat and feel like a normal person. Thank you Miss Thampi.

Dr Thampi has been so very kind and informative with regards to my menopausal issues. Her recommendations have been very helpful and thanks to her communication with my GP I now have the right prescription. After many years of just ‘putting up with things’ I finally feel confident and more positive about the future. She really is a lovely lady and whilst writing this review I would also like to praise her Secretary for being so efficient and kind.

Miss Thampi is wonderful. She genuinely cares and listens to the patient. I cannot rate highly enough the fantastic care and support she gave me. I had a hysterectomy at the end of August and I can honestly say I have never felt better. Miss Thampi explained everything so clearly and understood how nervous i was feeling about the procedure. I have no hesitation whatsoever about recommending her. I had years and years of never feeling I was being listened to before meeting her. I will always be grateful to her for her great care and compassion.

I saw Ms Thampi for the first time around 9 months ago. I had been experiencing Menopause symptoms. I felt low, anxious, sleep deprived and a bit lost. I’d had breast cancer 10 years earlier and thought I wasn’t able to take HRT. I was almost at my wits end, exhausted. Ms Thampi listened, she gathered all of the facts about my breast cancer experience (dcis, double mastectomy, not hormone receptive), and she came up with a plan to help me get through this stage of my life. She was willing to try me on a low dosage of HRT. I monitor my body for changes, and Ms Thampi checks in on me every 2 or 3 months. With her help I feel so much better, and life is so much better. I sincerely recommend Ms Thampi, she is compassionate, and quite clearly one of the best in Gynaecology.

I have seen Miss Thampi twice and found her to be very kind and understanding of the problem I was having at the time. She took her time to explain everything that I need to know about my condition and the options I had. I would not hesitate to recommend her or use her services again.
